Runa
"No one sees what you see, even if they see it too."
Runa is about the way we each see the world in our own way. With her eyes closed and her arms raised to the moon, she is looking inward rather than outward. The wings on her kimono stand for rising up and new beginnings, and the open doorway on the path is a choice only she can see. The cracks in the moon and the walls show that something can be broken and still shine. Everyone can look at the same scene, but what it means to you is yours alone.
