Sculpture

This piece, shown in white for the All In My Head exhibition, represents the complexity of the human mind. White may seem empty, but it’s actually made up of all colors combined. This mirrors the mix of emotions we carry inside. Imagine a spinning color wheel. When it turns fast, all the colors blur together and appear white. In the same way, this white sculpture contains all colors (emotions), symbolizing the full range of our inner experiences.
‘All In My Head’ captures Marcel’s creative mind. His creativity flows like waves, intense and chaotic, filling his thoughts with ideas, emotions, and impulses. It also shows that his true creativity lies within him, something that can’t be copied. His artwork can be reproduced, but the essence of it, his ideas and vision, exist in his head alone. The sculpture asks, ‘What’s happening in your own mind? How do your thoughts and feelings shape your life?’

‘Embrace Your Luck’ is a sculptural expression of joy, softness and optimism. This large four-leaf clover, with each leaf shaped like a heart, bends inward as if reaching out for a hug. Its inviting form encourages you to pause, connect and feel a sense of comfort and positivity.
More than a symbol of good fortune, this artwork reflects Marcel van Luit’s deeper belief: that luck is not something distant to be chased, but something quietly present in the little moments of life. A kind word, a deep breath, a shared smile, these are the everyday gifts that so often go unnoticed.
The sculpture comes in a warm tone called Brown Sugar (150 cm tall) and can be extended to 175 cm with an optional base and is also suitable for outdoor placement.
‘Embrace Your Luck’ is both a visual and emotional reminder: luck is already with you, if you slow down, open your heart and embrace it.
